摘要
Information technology professionals need to adopt collaborative technologies, which is generated by solidarity, to overcome the problems of computer and data security. Collaboration plays a significant role in resolving messes, which are large and intractable situation difficult to be resolved. People, who are tired of failed public projects in development, affordable housing, and infrastructure renewal, are adopting facilitated processes guiding them to collaboration. The problem-solving process for a messy problem include three main stages, such as design, collaboration, and fellow-through. Collaboration also have five stages, including declaring a question to be considered, connecting members, listening to and learning all perspectives, allowing a 'we' to develop, and creating projects together. Significant advancements in collaboration tools and networking will also be needed for scaling up the known collaboration process to country or world sizes.
