Binderless lithium ion battery electrode fabricated by anodizing Ti foil, in which TiO2 nanowire serves as active materials and unreacted Ti foil as the current collector, exhibited high electrochemical performance. (C) 2009 American Institute of Physics. [doi: 10.1063/1.3224888]
