A Bayesian approach to decomposing wage differentials

摘要
We decompose wage differentials using a Bayesian Monte Carlo Markov Chain method. This method makes it easy to obtain the posterior distributions of the characteristics and coefficients effects used to test the significance of the two effects. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
