摘要
The quantized acoustoelectric current induced by a surface acoustic wave in a one-dimensional channel, offers the possibility to resolve the metrological triangle between frequency f, voltage V, and current I. We report on the accuracy and sensitivity of our current measurement and present quantized current data. (C) 2000 National Physical Laboratory. Published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
