摘要
The oligomerisation state of the AKT2 Pleckstrin Homology Domain (PHD) has been investigated by two different NMR methods: the determination of the correlation time of the protein by measurement of the N-15 relaxation parameters, and the measurement of its diffusion coefficient using DOSY techniques. The two methods give similar results and assess the monomeric state of the protein in the conditions used for the structural analysis. (C) 2004 Academie des sciences. Publie par Elsevier SAS.
