摘要
To define "poor responder," 1699 women with two subsequent IVF cycles (898 of whom had three subsequent IVF cycles) were studied. When one to two oocytes were retrieved in the first cycle the birth rate in the second cycle was less than 10%, and if four or fewer oocytes were retrieved in the second IVF cycle the birth rate in the third cycle was only 7%.
