摘要
This article constructs a globalized theory of public health law in order to connect thinking about public health law in the United States with the importance of the processes of globalization to public, health. Leading approaches to public health law tend to downplay or ignore global influences on public health, necessitating an effort to integrate analysis of public health law with the global forces affecting public health now and in the future.
