摘要:
The two-faced JANUS-type heterocycles la and Ib are designed to recognize a cytosine-uracil mismatched basepair by insertion in a wedge-like fashion between the bases to give a triad moth utilizing the maximum number of Watson-Crick interactions, as shown by H-1 NMR spectroscopic studies.
