Voltammetric behaviour of dopamine at nickel phthalocyanine polymer modified electrodes and analytical applications

摘要
The voltammetric behaviour of dopamine at electropolymerized tetraaminophthalo-cyanatonickel (II) (p-NiTAPc) film coated electrodes was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The chemically modified electrodes exhibit an electrocatalytic effect on dopamine oxidation. The interference from ascorbic acid can re eliminated by additionally covering a layer of Nafion on the modified electrodes. The oxidation current increased linearly with the concentration of dopamine in the range of 2x10(-7)-2x10(-5) M. The detection limit was 9x10(-8) M. The proposed method exhibited good recovery and reproducibility. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
