摘要
The near UV, visible and near IR emissions in YAG: Tm3+ are investigated after selective one photon pumping of the I-1(6), D-1(2) or (1)G(4) manifold. Reduction of the fluorescence lifetimes as well as non-exponentiality of the decays at short times, which appear with increasing activator concentration, are indications of the cross-relaxation quenching of these excited state emissions.
