摘要
Smart grids refer to electricity networks that can intelligently integrate the behavior and actions of all users connected to it. Smart grids are enabler for smart energy which refers to making energy use more efficient by utilizing the integration of advanced technologies such as information and communication technologies, electronics, and material engineering, for an environmentally sustainable future. The decision support using soft computing is also needed in smart grids because of substantial human-machine interactions required to maintain real-time operations to meet social, environmental and commercial objectives. Moreover, due to the high dimensional dynamics and discrete control of power systems, realizing an intelligent control to support system voltages is one of the main tasks for realizing a smart grid. An EMS for smart grids providing LFC is an economic operation and an electric vehicle integration based on hierarchical model predictive control (HiMPC).
