摘要
The X-ray diffraction patterns of ceramic samples with different residual resistivity ratios show that the transport property of MgB2 is correlated with its microstrain. Direct wavelength-dispersive-spectrum measurement further suggests that the microstrain might be dominated by oxygen-related defects, although a correlation between the composition Mg:B and the lattice parameters a (c) has also been observed.
