摘要
A cold-rolled NiTi sheet and a cold-drawn NiTi bar were annealed at 600 °C for 30 min and water quenched to room temperature. The detwinning process in the NiTi shape memory alloys was examined in terms of the stress-strain relation, while the microstructures of the samples were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. The martensitic and austenitic starting and finishing temperatures were determined by differential scanning calorimetry.
