摘要
Our review examines the nature of serum amyloid A, its isoforms and, their structure, the manner of induction of the acute phase forms and arguments for and against their a possible physiological function(s). In this context, the possible role of serum amyloid. A as a prognostic indicator of unstable angina and it significance in relation to cardiovascular disease is discussed.
