摘要:
Direct asymmetric aldol reactions of aldehydes with ketones in the presence of a catalytic amount of sulfonamide 4 and trifluoroacetic acid afforded the corresponding anti-aldol products in moderate to excellent yields with 85-93% ee. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
