摘要
We analyzed all-ink-jet printed organic thin-film transistors (TFTs) on plastic substrates. Multilayered organic transistors were created by a successive printing and annealing of silver nanoparticulate conductive ink, sol-gel dielectric ink, and organic semiconductor ink. Controls for interlayer compatibility and processing temperatures played an important role in determining the device performance of the multilayered solution-processed transistor. After the optimization of all the component materials and processing conditions, we fabricated the flexible TFT arrays, which exhibited good field-effect transistor characteristics and mechanical flexibility.
