摘要
During a quantification assay of the constituents of Eleutherococcus senticosus by reverse-phase HPLC using acetonitrile:water gradient elution, it was observed that a recently reported component, dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol monopyranose, co-eluted with eleutheroside E. The implications of this finding for researchers and the herbal medicine industry are discussed. Copyright (C) 2004 John Wiley Sons, Ltd.
