摘要
MCM-41-type mesoporous materials superficially modified were produced by a post-synthesis method with different organic groups (chloropropyl, phenyl, benzyl, mercaptopropyl, cyanopropyl and butyl groups). A comparative study of the adsorption and release of a model drug, ibuprofen, were carried out. These materials were characterised by XRD, TG, elemental analysis, FTIR, UV, N-2 adsorption and Si-29 and C-13-NMR. The adsorbed drug content and the delivery rate can be chosen according to the host-guest chemical interaction by choosing an adequate modification with an organic group. The specific matrices design for the insertion and delivery of drugs is possible. (c) 2006 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
