Preparation of highly crystallized BaMoO4 film using a solution reaction assisted by electrochemical dissolution of molybdenum

摘要
Highly crystallized BaMoO4 films have been prepared on a molybdenum substrate in an alkaline solution containing barium ions at room temperature (25 degrees C). The him formation is based on a solution reaction assisted by an electrochemical dissolution of metal molybdenum. The film (thickness similar to 3 mu m) was polycrystalline with a grain size of about 6 mu m The film morphology is related to the nucleation and growth behavior of the BaMoO4 particles on a molybdenum metal substrate.
