Magnetization relaxation in multilayer wire arrays observed by GMR effect

摘要
Magnetic viscosity of multilayer wires was investigated for the first time by measuring the giant magnetoresistance effect. Very small magnetization change, of the order of 10(-7) emu, could he detected by this method. The time dependence of magnetization showed that the thermal excitation mechanism is dominant down to 3 K.
