摘要：

The structure/property relationships including the effects of chromophore functionalization and physical aging during poling on the chromophore orientational dynamics and intermolecular cooperativity in a class' of poly(arylene ether)s are discussed. Second-order nonlinear optics is used to examine the thermal and temporal stability of chromophore orientation in the poled polymer films as a function of processing.
