摘要
This work describes the synthesis of (R)-Nifenalol(R) based on an enantioconvergent chemoenzymatic hydrolysis of para-nitrostyrene oxide. A mathematical approach is devised which allowed to optimize the process. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
