摘要
A hydrothermal process was employed to rationally synthesize CaSnO3 micro/nano-cubes with perovskite structure. The mean edge length of the cubes varies from 500 nm to 1.1 mum as a function of PVP surfactant concentration. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
