Oxidization effects on transport properties have been investigated for half-metallic Sr2FeMoO6+delta film. Contents of the excess oxygen (5) for the heat-treated films were estimated from elongation of the lattice constant c. With the increase of 6, the magnitude of magnetoresistance (- Deltarho/rho(0) at 3 T) increases at 100 K from 0.2% at delta = 0.09 to 1.4% at delta = 0.94. We interpret this enhancement in term of the spatial inhomogeneity of delta and resultant tunneling-type magnetoresistance beyond the insulating region with delta(loc) greater than or equal to 0.5.
