摘要：

The use of WebML as a conceptual Web modelling language for data-intensive applications was discussed. WebML that uses the entity-relationship model for describing data structures was presented. A high level notation for representing Web content composition and navigation in hypertext form was described. The information concepts for developing interconnection and content management data access skeletons were also presented.
