摘要
Lattice location of He-3 atoms implanted into UO2 single crystals was performed by means of the channeling technique combined with nuclear reaction analysis (NRA) and Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS). The He-3(d,p)He-4 reaction was used. The experimental angular scans show that helium atoms occupy octahedral interstitial positions. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
