摘要
Zinc oxide crystals were grown by electric current heating method. The form of grown crystals depended on O-2 concentration of atmosphere. The form tended to be hexagonal and/or hollow prism under an atmosphere containing O-2, and whisker under an Ar atmosphere. Temperature dependence of photoluminescence (PL) of ZnO crystals was investigated. In PL at 15 K, donor-bound-excitons ((DX)-X-0), free-excitons (EX) and their phonon replicas were observed from each crystal.
