摘要
A new biomimetic method to grow crystalline oxide semiconductor nanowires was investigated by templating collagen-like triple helix peptide nanowires. This bio-templating method could develop the semiconductor nanowire at low temperature and in monodisperse size. The triple helix was designed to be stable under the semi-condcutor growth conditions due to the improved mechanical strength via optimization of the peptide sequence.
