摘要：

Except in patients with AIDS, disseminated MAC infection has been rare. We describe a patient with chronic lymphatic leukemia who developed disseminated cutaneous MAC lesions refractory to conventional antimycobacterial therapy. The lesions responded to the addition of compounds that were recently discovered to have anti-MAC activity (linezolid, mefloquine, moxifloxacin) as well as GM-CSF.
