摘要
A brief review on the state of the art of high sensitivity DC-Superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs) will be given here, restricted to low-temperature devices. These devices can have a sensitivity to the external magnetic flux close to the limit posed by quantum mechanics. Progress, made in the last years to get instrumentation capable of reaching such a limit, will be described. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
