摘要
The flame synthesis of nanopowders via combustion chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) was discussed. The dispersion of the nanopowders was accomplished by directing the powder stream towards a rotating surface which conveyed the powders into aqueous liquid. The production of experimental quantities of Al2O3, SiO2, yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) and Pt nanopowders, with particle size as small as 2 nm, was also reported.
