How do I find an article? Insights from a Web usability study

摘要
This article reports on participants' success in performing a common task, that of finding an article. In a Web usability study, participants' search paths and comments revealed widespread confusion about the article-finding process and also pointed out weaknesses in our Web site. This information led to improvements in the site.
