摘要
The NdMAl11O19 was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), absorption and luminescence spectra. It was demonstrated that the dramatic decrease of the Nd3+ ion lifetime and the dephasing time of the Nd3+ ions in these compounds is discussed, which is useful for future coherent optical control for all-optical switching.
