Design and characterization of high performance electroluminescence materials for light-emitting diodes

摘要
In recent years, there is a worldwide interest in the area of organic electroluminescence (EL) stimulated by the promising application of light-emitting diodes for the fabrication of large, flexible, flat and inexpensive displays. This article provides a review based on a part of our research works including design and characterization of highly electron affinitive polymers, multi-functional EL material and organic-soluble rare earth metal complex. Their device performance using these materials as emissive layers is also involved. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
