Li0.35La0.55TiO3 thin film was prepared by using a sol-gel process, In this study, poly(vinylpyrrolidone) was used as one of components for a sol to avoid a crack formation during a heat treatment, Li0.35La0.55TiO3 thin film was successfully prepared by using this sol-gel process. The thin film prepared at 1000 degreesC exhibited a high conductivity (10(3) S cm(-1)) at 20 degreesC.
