摘要
By hydrolysis of (NH4)(2)TiF6 ammonium oxofluorotitanates (NH4)(3)TiOF5, (NH4)(2)TiOF4, and NH4TiOF3 were obtained and characterized, (NH4)(3)TiOF5 has been synthesized for the first time. New derivatives from NH4TiOF3 with lower content of ammonium and fluorine are described. It was established that the titanium fluorocompound assumed as NH4TiF5 should be considered as a volatile oxofluorocomplex. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
