摘要
A comparative analysis of the formation processes of Ruddlesden-Popper phases in the La2O3-SrO-M O-2(3) (M = Al, Fe) systems has been performed. It is demonstrated that, in order to provide the completeness of the occurrence of the processes, it is necessary to introduce SrO in some excess into the reaction system. The inference is made that the presence of the SrFeO-delta compound even in impurity amounts substantially affects the course of further solid-phase reactions.
