Preparation and thermostable properties of Langmuir-Blodgett films of copper tetra-tert-butyl phthalocyanine complex

摘要
Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of copper tetra-tert-butyl phthalocyanine (CuTTBPc) have been produced on SiO2 substrates. The perfection of LB-film/substrate and LB-film/air interfaces has been evaluated by using X-ray reflectometry. The effect of surface pressure, deposition type (Z or Y) and preliminary heat treatment on the quality of the deposited LB films is reported. A study was made of thermostable properties of the LB films based on pure CuTTBPc and the latter 1:1 molar ratio mixture with arachidic acid.
