摘要
Tributyltin (TBT) is widespread in the marine environment owing to its release from antifouling paints and its monitoring is mandatory under national and EC regulations. Many hyphenated techniques have been developed within the last 15 years and collaborative efforts were deemed necessary to evaluate their performance, This paper describes current methods used far TBT monitoring in sediment and mussel and reports results obtained in certification campaigns of a range of reference materials.
