[GRAPHICS] High yields of oligodeoxyribonucleotides modified at the C2'-position of site specifically incorporated 2'-amino-2'-deoxyuridine are obtained by photolytically unmasking the nucleophile in an otherwise protected solid-phase support-bound biopolymer.
