The first orthogonal combinatorial synthesis of a high-purity triazine library was demonstrated. Novel triazine-based microtubule inhibitors were discovered by an efficient zebrafish embryo screening and in vitro microtubule polymerization assay. Copyright © 2002 American Chemical Society.
