摘要
Advances in systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX), a selection protocol for aptamers, have resulted in increased applications of DNA and RNA aptamers in developing analytical techniques. We review recent developments in SELEX techniques as well as new aptamer-based bioanalytical applications. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
