摘要
We investigated the effect of crystallinity on the ultraviolet laser emissions of ZnO film fabricated by electrochemical deposition. When the depositing voltage was set -0.9 V, XRD measurements showed that the hexagonal wurtzite-type samples were compact and homogeneous. Optical measurements showed that increased deposition time led to smaller band-gap energy. The ultraviolet emission was investigated for the sample deposited at -0.9 V and the results showed that the peak positions and intensities of the laser emissions varied with the deposition time.
