Indication of ferromagnetic ordering in p-Zn1-xMnxTe

摘要
P-type doped Zn1-xMnxTe has been grown by molecular beam epitaxy and by the Bridgman method. Our SQUID measurements indicate ferromagnetic ordering above 1 K, for p greater than or equal to 10(19) cm(-3). It is argued that weakly localized holes are responsible for the ferromagnetic correlation in the insulating phase. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
