摘要
In situ molecular imprinting was performed using 2-(trifluoromethyl)acrylic acid (TFMAA) as a functional monomer to prepare rod-type affinity media for nicotine in liquid chromatography, The capacity factor of nicotine was 28.4 using an eluent of acetonitrile-acetic acid (98:2, v/v), while a polymer rod prepared by a conventional in situ method, employing methacrylic acid as functional monomer, resulted in a capacity factor of 2.4, showing that TFMAA is useful in in situ molecular imprinting for developing high-affinity chromatographic media.
