摘要：

The dependence of impulse response shape, cross-talks and self-excitation on stray integrated-circuit devices was investigated. A method is proposed to determine a cross-talk generator and cross-talk sensor in PSPICE simulation, and recommendations are worked out for the design layout of multichannel BJT-JFET ICs.
