摘要
Highly charged; Electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry shows that single-stranded oligonucleotide dC12encapsulated silver nanoclusters contain Ag64+ cores at basic pH values (see section of spectrum). The high positive charge of the cluster cores is presumably essential for preventing the multiply deprotonated dC12 ligand from unfolding. (Figure Presented) © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
