摘要
In the course of automated screening for small-molecule agonists to peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma (PPAR-gamma), 10 new linear triterpenes 1-10 have been isolated from the bark of three neocaledonian Cupaniopsis species, SAPINDACEAE. The structures were elucidated by extensive mono- and bi-dimensional spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
