摘要
A substantial solid solubility of In2O3 in the spinel Zn2SnO4 (Zn2-xSn1-xInxO4-delta, x = 0 to 0.45) was discovered. The reduced material showed improved conductivity at higher In contents. (C) 1997 Academic Press.
