摘要
Thin film combinatorial libraries of potential fuel cell anode catalysts are formed by sputtering depositing through masks onto Si wafers. Libraries are examined for electrochemical activity with a scanning electrochemical microscope. Limitations in using scanning electrochemical microscopy for characterization of an array of fuel cell electrode materials are discussed. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
